WHAT CAN C.A.R.E. DO FOR YOU?
By combining our resources, the foundation will be able to assist our fellow employees, their spouse or their dependent children through charitable assistance or relief efforts when a qualifying tragedy occurs.

WHO CAN JOIN THE C.A.R.E. TEAM?

It is a simple process, because our main goal is to receive funding through payroll deduction we have partnered with the Unified Correctional Federal Credit Union (UCFCU) as our primary financial institution. State employees can complete a simple enrollment form with the Credit Union specifying a minimum deduction of $10.00 per month to be placed into the C.A.R.E. Foundations account.

 HOW DO I APPLY FOR BENEFITS?

C.A.R.E.’s goal is to provide short-term Assistance or Relief to employees or their dependents, experiencing severe financial need due to an unexpected tragedy.

Information can be provided by the Recipient or a fellow employee (Sponsor). Maximum of 1 application per family, per incident.
